How to survive a boss who is bad and lacks moral fiber
If your nature is to searches for that tiny and hidden bit of goodness in even the most horrible boss or co-worker than you must not be working in the Indian corporate sector. And how long should you stay? The very first thing that you should do after you have made up your mind that the role or the organisation does not suit you, is to look for a new job. Some experts are of the opinion that it is best to survive a soul-sucking boss by confronting her/him. Some experts say that it is best to please them by thanking them, making them feel good and agreeing to everything they say. But all you should do is just overlook their immoral activities and their tirades against you and keep your sanity. As Shri Ramkrishna told his disciples to be like a lotus leaf, which stays in water but does not get wet. So you might have to stay in some filthy pond but not allow any filth to touch you.
